I was buying in Feb 2020. Very short not suitable for tall persons.
Build quality was worst made with cheap plastic. Spare parts cost is too high and low-quality parts
Battery 🔋 performance decrease.
120 km to 20 km after one and a half years. Full charge giving only 20km after one and half year
Warranty service is the worst. Don't buy losing money.

One of the worst-built quality scooters on earth we can say, is worse than the Atlas Cycle I can tell that I have complained many times that I'm facing mileage issues but they are not giving proper responses. I request someone from Pure EV company take the initiative to solve all these issues: Service Issue, Spare parts rusting issue, suspension quality is too too low, overall I can rate (0.5/5)

I am pure ev pluto 7g owner with one year+ experience
I face many issues battery quality is not good, light is not proper work, switches are not waterproof not work properly switch quality is very poor, body noise, paint and build quality are poor.
The spare parts price is very high.
totally waste of money.
Save money.

The worst vehicle don't buy after one-year tyres are shaking hubs need to replace costs 4000 display gone costs 3000 total body is damaged battery gone replaced after 4 months of submitting very heavy maintenance waste of money no service at the service center spares not available at service center facing so much problem.

This is a very bad product total waste of money and a total of time I am buying this scooter for 15 months old I am changing this product every part and every parts cost is very high, the all-electric parts are not waterproof, the drum brake not working, disk brak not proper working, battery not proper working speed switch not working etc.

Avoid buying this electric vehicle, it is a big scam. There are many issues in vehicles and batteries. Services are worst and many terrible sounds in vehicle while riding. The body of the vehicle is not good in quality. Since I purchased this ev, it is only at the service center for battery problems for 4 months.

Missed lot of simple practical designs. Worst service center experience. Service centers vanish just like that. Pure also dont respond to escalations. Accessories rust. Takes 8-10months to get you registration document. Everyday 3-5 people will be fighting in service center for repetitive issues.

I have purchased it 3 months back it's just 2000km running now moter has come problem with repair that dealer taking 1-month repairs am suggesting my friends don't buy the pure vehicles am requesting company to don't give like that product to consumers taking money from poor people their hard money

Service center in habsiguda branch at Hyderabad and they were not a response to the customer and customer care will not be connected. I placed the spare part also so late.I have purchased it on 25 February 2022
